The Loft Hotel Adults Only - Krakow

I had such high hopes for this hotel, but with missing blinds, how can one even sleep? Combine that with a staff member who rudely denied my polite request for a late check-out, and it was borderline tragic. I woudl ve been satisfied with some complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, this place just didn't deliver. Almost left a good review, but I just couldn't.

I have stayed in the double room with climate control, a little refrigerator, and a storage space.

Overall it was a real good stay for the great service and stay. Its location was perfect and incredible, to the bridge on request. We had lunch in Krakowski Kumpir, located nearby.

Thank you for the stay in this property - would like to stay longer. Exceptionally clean, unique hotel with very modern decor; the location is stunning in the morning breakfast is served in the restaurant. The property staff is useful and knowledgeable. The hotel provides a good service. Besides, is has private parking.

Ag man, the rooftop jacuzzi was a total vibe! We enjoyed some sundowners there, watching the sunset over the city. Plus, the staff were super friendly-shout out to the chommie at reception for the pro tips on exploring Krakow. The room was dik comfy with big windows letting in loads of light!

Only thing was the breakfast was just alright, could've been better. Eina, didn't have our expectations met there.

The property was ideal and absolutely gorgeous, I recommend!

A pleasant way to end my trip. Gorgeous and fairly clean hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff and impressive views to the old town.

My stay was good at Loft Hotel, with a wonderful rooftop jacuzzi providing relaxation and amazing city views. Very nice technology in the room let me control everything seamlessly.

Special atmosphere and suite with a view. Absolutely perfect and incredible location relatively close to Main Market Square. Right by the main square & the old Jewish quarter, main attractions, and castle.

The room was comfortable with premium bedding and a pillow menu that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a amazing variety with hot options cooked to order, setting us up perfectly for our day of exploring.

The reception could have been more professional.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to main square. The rooftop hot tub was amazin and offered great views, totally chill. Also loved that the phone was like a remote for everything, super handy. Staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast was cool, with fresh cooked stuff every morning.

Luxurious Stay with Really good Amenities

The breakfast was diverse, with freshly made hot options that were cooked to order, ensuring a great start to the day. My only suggestion would be to offer more soundproofing on the street-facing rooms, as some noise could be heard at night.
